Meet Your Coach – Joe El Khechef

Joe El Khechef is a father, former corporate executive lifelong competitive athlete, and now a full-time strength and performance coach.
After 13 years in the corporate world, he rebuilt his life through strength, and training and founded Thrive to help others do the same.
His coaching blends discipline, mindset and high-level customized programming to help people build real life strength, longevity, and performance that carries into everything else outside the gym
