Growing up, I was immersed in a world of athletics and nutrition that instilled in me a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness. Being highly active in sports resulted in very high levels of energy, clarity, and productivity, which helped me climb the corporate ladder rather quickly.
In 2019, I made the move to California to take on the role of COO at a large manufacturing facility. However, after three years of working 100-hour weeks and neglecting my physical training and nutrition habits, I found myself struggling with poor mental and physical health.
Although I was prescribed medication for my mental health, I opted for a more natural approach and enrolled in a wellness retreat in San Diego that focused on physical exercise, wholesome nutrition, and mindfulness practices in nature. This transformative experience reignited my passion for fitness and wellness, and I emerged with a renewed sense of purpose and well-being.
Following this experience, I knew that I could no longer ignore my calling to help others achieve their full potential through physical fitness, proper nutrition, and holistic wellness practices. So, I made the life-changing decision to leave my corporate career behind and become a personal trainer and wellness coach.
