The JK Training Method was based on a simple philosophy - train for optimal health and aesthetics will follow.

The JK Training Method was developed with one goal in mind - to help you become the healthiest version of you, in mind, body and spirit.

That’s why we do things differently than most fitness studios. Through a highly personalized approach, we get to the heart of what you need both physically and from a personal standpoint to reach your goals. We do this in three phases:

Assessment

Rather than assessing clients based on a generic “BMI” ratio and a few body measurements, we perform a more thorough fitness analysis taking into consideration the following aspects:

  • Maximal aerobic capacity
  • Power
  • Skill/Technique
  • Strength/Force
  • Muscular endurance
  • Anaerobic capacity
  • Lean muscle mass
  • Mobility/Flexibility
  • Body composition analysis

Customization

After we learn more about your body and fitness level, we then focus on your unique objectives and preferences. At that point, we create a customized program, integrating some or all of the following modalities:

  • Strength Training
  • Athletic conditioning
  • HIIT / Cardio
  • Weightlifting
  • Muscle-building
  • Flexibility / Mobility / Recovery
  • Boxing / Kickboxing / Muay Thai

Progress Tracking

We don’t believe that training ends at the end of each session. Rather, it’s an ongoing relationship, and one that’s constantly evolving. At the end of each training phase, we’ll reassess your progress, and adjust the upcoming training phase to keep you motivated and on track to achieve your goals.
